President Donald Trump took to Twitter this morning to attack President Frank Underwood on Twitter, a move that has some pundits questioning if Mr. Trump is aware that Underwood is a fictional character and not real.
“Does anyone remember any of Frank Underwood’s achievements? I’ve done more in 9 months than he did in 4 years.” Trump tweeted in the beginning of a thread.
“Frank Underwood helped the DNC collude and money launder and cheat Bernie! Even Pocahontas agrees!”
“Kevin ‘Frank Underwood’ Spacey is a serial sex offender. Not like me- all my accusers are liars with worse memories than me!”
“Frank Underwood was vice-president for Creepy Bill Clinton, that’s all you need to know about his disaster of a presidency.”
Some commentators on social media have speculated that the President was confused and conflating Frank Underwood, Kevin Spacey, and Al Gore.
